@@ This review level is this was not good, it wasn’t the night, it’s just not great, i may try it again, but not happily.
@@@ This review level is okay, nothing earthshakingly great about the place. Totally average, typically the food is okay, I may crave it from time to time. This review level is often more creatively explained in the review itself.

@@@@@ This review level means that something blew my mind, something entirely original, delicious. Generally this won’t happen. So if you see this, you know you’re in for a treat! This is the closest I have to perfection in an eatery. It’s gonna be the best, of the best, for some reason.
